Occupational Physician

The advisor advises on protective measures, the arrangement and organization of the work environment and workstations, as well as on the provision of first aid. They oversee working conditions, inspect workstations, and report any omissions to the employer. They conduct medical examinations of employees' health after hiring, as well as periodic medical checks when job positions change. They assess the suitability of each employee for specific tasks and issue a personal fitness certificate, which is communicated to the employer. They investigate the causes of work-related illnesses. They inform employees about the risks of their work and the preventive measures to avoid them. In addition to occupational health services, Industrial Safety can carry out medical examinations for employees using appropriately trained personnel with its own portable medical equipment.
