Escape and Rescue Plans
According to Law 3850/2010 "Ratification of the Code of Laws for the Health and Safety of Workers," Article 30, the employer is required to prepare an evacuation and rescue plan for the workplace, if necessary due to the location, extent, and type of operation. The evacuation and rescue plan must be posted in suitable locations within the workplace.
